Throughout my career, I have established, structured user-centric product design and marketing processes and successfully built and managed user experience design, digital product, marketing, mobile app, and eCommerce teams from start-ups to enterprise organizations. I have proven success by focusing on managing cross-functional collaboration and defining the clarity of the product vision to manage the customer journey across the primary organizational roles; brand, marketing, sales, finance, engineering, training and operations.
